Thank you for shopping with My Scents of Grace. Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, please review our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Because our candles and related products are hand-poured, handmade, and personal-use items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

To help us resolve the issue, please email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

My Scents of Grace is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but lost or stolen thereafter. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided or undeliverable address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
